Who is FWD and how does One Nexus fit in?
FWD is the insurance company. One Nexus is FWD Philippines' agency channel, an FWD Career Partner built specifically to find, license, train, and support the people who become FWD advisors.
FWD gives you the backing, the products, and the infrastructure of an established insurer. Think of FWD as the company you're building a career under, while One Nexus is the team actually walking beside you, the mentorship, the leads, the check-ins, the day-to-day support that makes sure your financial advisor career actually goes somewhere.

Do I need an insurance background or a license before applying?
Not at all. Most One Nexus advisors started with zero insurance experience.
What matters far more than a background in the industry is coachability, real curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We'll walk you through licensing after you're in.
Is there an age requirement?
There's no strict cutoff. Most of our advisors fall in the 25-and-up range, though what matters most isn't a number.
We look for people ready to build something real. A strong professional network, or a community that already trusts you, can matter just as much as your years of experience.

Do I have to leave my current job to do this?
Not at all!
One Nexus advisors are independent and commission-based, which means you build this at your own pace, alongside what you're already doing.
This is full-time + One Nexus, not a reason to walk away from the stability you've already built.
What does it actually cost to get licensed?
We believe in naming real numbers - not hiding them.
As of now, this typically comes to a Licensing Fee of about PHP 3,030 (PHP 1,515 per license x 2 licenses), an IC Exam Fee of about PHP 2,020 (PHP 1,010 per exam x 2 exams), and an Onboarding Fee (PTR 300 + Notary 300 + Misc. 200) of about PHP 800.
Your mentor will walk you through the current, exact breakdown before you commit to anything.
Is training free?
Yes. Training is provided at no cost, alongside one-on-one mentorship that continues well past your first day.
Any other cost you might come across, like your licensing or exam fees, is named upfront, never hidden in fine print.
What happens after I submit my application?
You'll typically hear from us within two business days. From there, we'll invite you to an interview, which is a real, two-way conversation, not a test.
If it's a fit, we'll walk you through licensing, training, and onboarding step by step, with your recruiter and mentor with you the whole way.
What kind of support do I get after I'm licensed?
A dedicated mentor you can book anytime, regular check-ins that continue well past onboarding, help with leads to work with, not just a training then "Goodbye!".
